The pump shall be constructed as follows : The pump shall be a 1/2" gear pump with a bronze housing, stainless steel shaft and bronze gears. The seals shall be resistant to liquid melting agents.

The pump shall be powered by .79 cubic inch hydraulic motor, wich is powered by the hydraulics of the tractor, which will provide a maximum of 1700 RPM to the product pump.

The rate of spray shall be controlled by the tractor's adjustable hydraulic valve.

The spray bar shall be constructed of brass and equipped with brass nozzles to apply melting agents.

All components shall be constructed of materials designed to withstand winter maintenance.
