Must be equipped with hydraulic, autoreset breakaway of 45 degrees pivoting on the dipper arm. Must allow the head to pivot back when it meets an obstruction.

Must weigh no more than 1,360 lbs including oil.

Hydraulic power of flail head must be independent of tractor hydraulics.

Joystick controls must be operable from within cab.

Tractor and attachment must be functional on single set of tires. Dual tires not acceptable.

The hydraulic reservoir must be filtered with a 100 mesh screen on the suction line. The return line must use a 10 micron filter with a flow capacity of 26 GPM. The bypass valve must be set at 15 PSI.

The unit must operate with tandem hydraulic pumps. One pump for the mower head at a rate of 22 GPM at 3000 PSI. The second pump operating the boom with a flow rate of 6 GPM at 1800 PSI.
